What IndiaMART sends you
Every lead in your Lead Manager is one of these kinds:
| Kind | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Direct enquiry | A buyer wrote to you from your IndiaMART catalogue. The warmest kind: they chose you. |
| Buy-lead | A requirement IndiaMART shows to several sellers. Others are replying too, so speed decides. |
| Phone call | A call through IndiaMART's number. Write down what they asked while you remember. |
| Catalogue view | Someone looked at your listing. Not a request yet. |
| WhatsApp enquiry | A buyer messaged you from IndiaMART on WhatsApp. |
Reply before the other sellers
- Minutes, not hours. A buyer who posted a requirement reads the first replies and stops.
- Ask only what the price depends on. Dates or month, number of adults and children, hotel category, and the city they start from.
- Send a price the same day. A range is fine on the first call; a PDF with the days and the price wins the booking.
- Note what you sent. Buy-leads come back weeks later. Know what you quoted and when.
Bring IndiaMART leads into your CRM
IndiaMART's Lead Manager is a list inside IndiaMART. Your other leads are elsewhere: WhatsApp, your website form, calls. Keeping them in one place is what stops a lead being missed. IndiaMART lets paid sellers connect a CRM in two ways: the Pull API, where the software asks IndiaMART for new leads every few minutes, and the Push API, where IndiaMART sends each lead as it arrives.
To get your Pull API key: sign in to seller.indiamart.com, open Lead Manager, open the menu, then Import/Export Leads, then Pull API, and tap Generate Key.
IndiaMART leads in Triplli
On Standard and Pro, open Tickets, then Lead sources, then IndiaMART, and paste your key. Triplli checks it with IndiaMART and brings in the last 24 hours of leads, then checks every 10 minutes. Each lead becomes a ticket with the buyer's name, number, city, message and the product they asked about, waits on Home under New enquiries marked IndiaMART, and rings the bell. A lead IndiaMART sends twice is one ticket. From there you build the days, price it and send the estimate as with any ticket. See the plans.
