A departure is one of your templates on a date, with the seats you have and a seat price you type. Each ticket booked on it counts its travellers, adults and children, against the seats, so Rajasthan 5 days on 14 Nov 2026 reads 11 of 20 seats left without anyone counting. A ticket marked lost gives its seats back.

How it works
One template, as many dates as you run it.
A fixed departure is the trip you already sell, put on a date. Run the same template in October, November and at New Year; each departure keeps its own seats, seat price, tickets and flyers.
1Write the trip once
Make “Rajasthan 5 days” as a template: the days, the timings, the items and up to three photos a day.
2Put it on a date
Pick the template, the date it leaves, how many seats you have and what one seat sells for. Add a note for yourself, like the meeting point.
3Tickets join it
Start a ticket from the departure, or pick the departure on a ticket's Trip tab. The ticket takes the date and, if its itinerary is empty, the template's days.
4Fill the seats
Send a flyer for the departure on WhatsApp status or Instagram, and watch the seats left on the departure and the list.

What is a fixed departure?
A group trip on a set date that you sell seat by seat, like Rajasthan 5 days leaving on 14 November. In Triplli it is one of your templates put on a date, with the number of seats and what one seat sells for.
How do I track seats on a fixed departure?
Each ticket that joins the departure takes a seat for every traveller on it, adults and children. The departure shows the seats left, and the list of departures shows it on every row. A ticket marked lost gives its seats back.
What happens when a ticket joins a departure?
It takes the departure's start date, and if its itinerary is still empty, the template's days and items, priced from your catalogue as any import is. The seat price shows beside the ticket for you; you price the estimate as usual.
Can I make a flyer for a departure?
Yes, on Standard and Pro. The marketing PDF carries the date, the days and photos from the template, the highlights you type and the seat price, in any of your itinerary designs, for WhatsApp status, Instagram or print.
Do I set the seat price, or does Triplli?
You do. The seat price is typed on the departure. Triplli never suggests a price, and it never writes the seat price onto a customer's estimate.
Can I run the same trip on several dates?
Yes. Put the same template on as many dates as you like. Each departure keeps its own seats, seat price, tickets and flyers.
