Your markup, typed on every line.
Each line of the quote is an item, a quantity, your cost and your markup, in rupees or percent. The hotel plus ₹800 a night and the car plus 10 percent on the same trip is normal. Each line is included, optional or excluded, and the total and your margin update as you type.

Supplier rates
Every rate you have paid, with its age beside it.
There is no catalogue to fill before your first quote. Type a hotel and a rate and Triplli remembers it with the month. Next time it comes up as you type, with its age showing, so you know which rates to recheck with the supplier. An old rate is flagged, never blocked.

Estimate PDF
A quote that looks like your agency made it.
The estimate carries the days, the hotels, the priced items at the detail you choose, inclusions, exclusions, the payment schedule, cancellation and terms, in your logo and brand colour. Show the price per adult and per child, per head, or as one trip total. Your UPI QR prints on it, so the customer can pay you directly.

What is travel quotation software?
Software that prices a tour package and turns it into a quote the customer can read. In Triplli the quote is the estimate: each line is an item, a quantity, your cost and your markup, and the estimate PDF goes out in your logo with the price and never your cost.
Can I add a different markup on each line?
Yes. Type the markup on each line as rupees or a percentage, for example the hotel plus ₹800 a night and the car plus 10 percent. There is no default markup and no margin floor.
Does it show my margin while I quote?
Yes, to you only. The total and your margin in rupees and percent update as you type. Cost and margin never print on a customer document, at any detail level.
Can the quote show a price per person?
Yes. For each estimate you choose per adult and per child, one rate per head, or a single trip total. You also choose the detail: totals only, grouped into stay, transport and activities, or line by line.
Can I quote two options in one go?
Yes. Options sit side by side on the same ticket, such as by road or by helicopter, or 3 star or 4 star. Each has its own days and its own priced lines.
Where do the hotel and cab rates come from?
From you. Every rate you type is remembered with the month, and its age shows beside it the next time, so you know when to recheck with the supplier. You can also paste a supplier rate list from email or WhatsApp.
How does the customer pay once they say yes?
Your UPI ID and your own UPI QR print on the estimate with the payment schedule you typed, so the customer pays you directly with no gateway fee. Record the payment and the receipt is ready.
Is there a limit on quotes?
Tickets are unlimited on every plan. Itinerary and estimate PDFs are counted each month: 500 on Basic, 1,000 on Standard and no cap on Pro. Downloading the same unchanged PDF again is not counted.
