The fine print, in plain words
How the counts work.
- What counts as a PDF
- An itinerary or an estimate you download. The same unchanged document downloaded again, even on another day, does not count again.
- When it resets
- On the 1st of every month.
- At the limit
- The next itinerary or estimate download waits until you move to a bigger plan. Nothing is charged per PDF. Receipts, invoices and trip documents always work.
- Catalogue items
- Counted and shown, never refused. A line typed on a ticket always saves, so capture is never blocked.
- Photos
- Only place photos in your library count; item photos do not. Past the limit you can keep extra photos at ₹2 each, or use a photo on one document without keeping it.
